The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great hospitality throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of shopping options nearby. The vegetarian food offered at the hotel was of good quality.
The hotel did not have a functioning AC, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. the bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels were not fresh.

Karol bagh and other tourist spots were in front of this hotel. The airport was 9 miles away. Central Delhi neighborhood is worth looking into. Fortunately, free Wi Fi was available.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the location was perfect, just a short walk from Jhandewalan Metro station and close to the main shopping areas of the city. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even arranging a taxi for us to the airport early in the morning.
There was nothing we didn't like during our stay.

I stayed on Jan, Room was little cold, Hot water is OK but worst thing I had is sheet on bed, it was not cleaned. others are normal
make a warm and clean the sheet....I'm not talking about sheet is new or old, I just want you clean it up.(lots of dust on it)

There was really hot shower - not very common in India!
We ordered airport pick up but nobody did`nt come us to pick up. We took prepaid taxi but it was really difficult to find that hotel, taxi driver drove around 45 minutes to find it. Breakfast buffee in the hotel was also very poor and tables very dirty.

Spent new year's eve in a hotel, great experience! Loved the cozy rooms and the friendly staff. the hot water in the shower was a plus, especially during the chilly weather. had an amazing Indian breakfast with chai, definitely something to try out. the hotel was situated near a lot of restaurants and the markets, making it easy to get around and shop.
The hotel was a bit hard to find at first, because it was located down an alleyway. the wifi was not very strong and not very secure, so it was hard to browse the web.
